Implementation of this project is broken into four major areas; technical development, organizational development, content development and supply-chain development. Marketing and strategy are not considered in this phase, they become the focus of the post implementation phase.

The technical development of this project is well under way and we anticipate absolutely no technical hurdles.

The major organizational elements of ACME PARTS.com have been listed into our project plan. Because of the scope of the project, those elements are a subset of all of the elements to be addressed. However, we are confident that all critical elements have been considered.

The content portion of the site is of the highest importance. The quantity of information we must develop is vast. Our strategy to build our library is multi-pronged. Resources include staff writers, freelance writers, and licensing of copyrighted material. While the volume of material is weighty, the complexity of it is not. Material written by staff and freelance writers will be drawn from practical experience. We will employ professionals from the fields on which the material is based. These professionals will themselves write or assist in the outlining of library content.
